History

Hilo is a dream come true for its co-founders, Jérémie and Pascal, two men passionate about technology who want nothing more than to make your IT infrastructure our passion.

Jérémie is a system administrator with impressive IT skills. From a young age, he became interested in how computers and networks work, self-teaching himself his first knowledge in the field.

Pascal is a sales/account director with IT skills. He has been interested in information technology for as long as he can remember. Pascal is especially passionate about the human side of the industry.

The competence and passion of Hilo's co-founders make it a company that stands out through the quality of its service and products.

Today, Pascal and Jérémie have concretely contributed to the growth and cybersecurity of hundreds of SMBs in Quebec, organizations ranging from 10 to over 800 employees.

How long has Hilo Tech been in business?
Hilo Tech was founded in 2019 in Longueuil, on the South Shore of Montreal. Since then, our co-founders Pascal Dupuis and Jérémie Caron have contributed to the growth and cybersecurity of hundreds of SMBs in Quebec, organizations ranging from 10 to over 800 employees.
Where is your office located?
Our office is located at 175 Chemin de Chambly in Longueuil (J4H 3L3), on the South Shore of Montreal. Our remote monitoring and support infrastructure allows us to serve clients throughout Quebec.
How many employees does Hilo Tech have?
Hilo Tech has 60 employees across technical, advisory and operations teams. This size gives us the depth of expertise to support complex SMBs while staying agile enough to maintain real proximity with every client. Our team is fully bilingual (French and English) with Spanish-language service capability.
