Add-ons like cybersecurity hardening, vCIO advisory, Azure infrastructure, or Hilo Intelligence AI projects are quoted separately so you only pay for what you actually need.
How long does onboarding a new client take?
Most onboardings complete in two to four weeks. Week one covers environment discovery, documentation, and credential handover. Week two we deploy our RMM agent, centralized antivirus, backup, and 24/7 monitoring across every device. Week three we harden Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace (MFA, conditional access, admin-role cleanup) and finalize cybersecurity baselines. Week four we validate backups end-to-end, train your team, and switch the support line to Hilo Tech.
