One-on-one or as a team
Appointments with one person or with several hosts. For a team, a slot is offered only when every host is free.
One person from the team
Your client starts with the time or with the person, or picks “Anyone”. The meeting is then assigned at random or balanced, with a weight per person. An explicit choice by the client always wins.
Multi-session webinars
Several sessions per webinar, editable capacity, registrations and reminders. Search for a registrant, add or remove people, and export the list to Excel or CSV, per session or for every session.
Protected prep and debrief
Real “Prep” and “Debrief” blocks in Outlook around every meeting. Round start times (1:00, 1:15, 1:30), buffer times, lunch excluded and a booking horizon.
Questions and consent
Custom questions (short or long text, single or multiple choice, consent) that route the request to the right person. Agreeing to your privacy policy is mandatory (Quebec Law 25). Answers and phone numbers are encrypted, with a retention period and automatic purge.
Email and SMS reminders
A confirmation with the calendar invitation, a reminder the day before, or about two hours before for a last-minute booking, and links to cancel or reschedule. Optional SMS reminders, with the client's express consent.
Meeting rooms
Book your office rooms with their Microsoft 365 room calendars, with no conflict with Outlook.
Honest statistics
Appointments and attendance per host, with test bookings excluded. No invented metrics.
