What is the difference between Hilo Tech and Hilo Intelligence?
Hilo Tech is our managed IT services division: cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, Azure, network infrastructure, RMM monitoring and data backup. Hilo Intelligence is our business intelligence division offering private AI platforms, process automation, data structuring and decision dashboards.
Do you serve only Longueuil or all of Quebec?
Our offices are located in Longueuil on the South Shore of Montreal, but we serve clients throughout Quebec. Our remote monitoring and support solution allows us to efficiently manage IT infrastructure regardless of your business's geographic location.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Hilo Tech does not believe in long-term contracts. We offer quality monthly service and our commitment is to satisfy you month after month. If our service does not meet your expectations, you can leave at any time, without penalty.
How does your technical support work?
Our technical support operates through an online client portal and by phone at 514-447-9959. Our bilingual team (French and English) can connect remotely to your devices to quickly resolve issues. We also provide 24/7 monitoring of your infrastructure to detect and resolve issues proactively.
Do your services include cybersecurity?
Yes. Cybersecurity is at the core of our managed IT services. We offer security audits, server hardening, endpoint protection with Microsoft Defender and Bitdefender, anti-phishing training for your employees, and centralized managed antivirus for your entire environment.
