Co-managed IT: a hybrid and underrated approach

We believe that when a company already has an IT team, our role as a partner is to add tangible value, not replace it.
The co-management model involves working closely with your IT team, but for it to work, there needs to be clear boundaries, well-defined governance, and a shared commitment to creating synergy for the benefit of your organization. We add value, structure, stability and above all: we respect everyone's role.
