Rather than stacking subscriptions, exposing your data to multiple vendors, and losing traceability, our platform unifies every major model in a single interface installed at your site. Every request flows through our Hilo Intelligence router, which relays to provider enterprise APIs (zero training on your content, no content logs on Hilo's side) and we rebill the usage, you have no AI contracts to negotiate, no API keys to manage. And most importantly: the Hilo Intelligence portal gives your admins full visibility on per-user adoption, real-time costs, per-user limits, and an LMS to train your teams on how to use AI well.

Frequently asked questions

Is my data used to train the models?
No. Our Hilo Intelligence router relays your requests to provider enterprise APIs (OpenAI Enterprise, Anthropic Business, Google Workspace AI, etc.) under contracts that guarantee zero training on your content. On Hilo's side, we record usage metadata (user, model, tokens) for billing and admin visibility, but never conversation content. For ultra-sensitive cases, we can also deploy self-hosted models where nothing leaves your infrastructure.
What visibility does the Hilo Intelligence portal give our admins?
The portal offers a complete view of AI adoption across your organization: engagement and usage scores per user and per department, consumption by model, monthly trends, real-time costs. Your admins can set limits per user or group, get overage alerts, view training certificates, and steer the whole thing from a single interface.
How does billing work?
Hilo negotiates and manages all provider agreements, you have no contracts to sign and no API keys to administer. We consolidate your monthly consumption into a single invoice in CAD: you pay actual metered usage with a transparent service margin. Your accounting handles one invoice instead of five vendors.
Can we bring our own API keys (BYOK)?
Yes, as a priced add-on, but we generally discourage it: Hilo doesn't see conversation content anyway, so security isn't improved, and you lose the benefits of consolidated billing and the enterprise agreements we already negotiate. This option mostly exists for organizations that already have provider credits to burn down.
How much does the platform cost per user?
Variable based on usage volume and activated models. Typically $30 to $80 per user per month (all-in: platform, router, admin portal, LMS, typical AI consumption): significantly less than ChatGPT Enterprise + Copilot + Claude + Gemini separately. A free initial consultation lets us quote based on your usage profile.
What's in the included LMS?
A training module built into the portal: learning paths on AI at work (prompt engineering, business use cases, best practices, ethics and privacy), structured courses, quizzes, and certificates. Your admins see each employee's progress, perfect for driving adoption and demonstrating your teams' upskilling.
What happens if an AI provider changes its terms or raises prices?
You switch providers without touching the user experience. The router abstracts the underlying provider, moving from GPT-4 to Claude Opus is a config change, invisible to your employees.
Can the platform connect to our internal data (SharePoint, SQL database, etc.)?
Yes, that's our Integrated Tools offering. The AI platform and RAG over your internal data are designed to work together: the AI answers with context from your documents, emails, and database.
